Boy Scout Troop 490 is hosting a Blood Drive on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM in Massett Hall Cafeteria. Recently the American Red Cross declared a national blood supply crisis - only the second in its history. The Blood Center is in need of all types of blood. Louisiana Key Academy opened its doors for the 2026-2027 school year on August 3, 2026. The Jefferson Parish site, located in the B Building of the former SMM school campus, is a tuition-free, state school that serves children with dyslexia.
